Fundraising event for Cuba featuring our LED Video Wall!

It was a regular office day when we received a phone call inquire on a special event that was being held for Cuba. To begin with, we felt honored to be able to participate and serve for this non profit organization for human rights in Cuba. Our client expressed the relief and fundraising function they are doing for the country of Cuba. In a private home, we set up an LED wall for a beautiful presentation of their mission and background history. In this production set up, we included a handheld wireless microphone, two speakers, and a mixer to project the audio from the videos so all guests can hear no matter the distance that they are in the room. The host of the event and special guest speakers were able to provide their speeches with clarity and altitude of volume that was clearly heard. In the pictures below, we’d like to show you the process of what it takes to build an LED Video Wall. We prefer a LED Video wall because it is an indoor and outdoor video system that is bright enough to be seen in daylight, at a far standing distance and can withhold a stormy rainy day. Safety is our main concern when building an LED screen at this height and size. We use a strongly built ground support rigging system. As pictured below, Eddie and James, our head lead technicians at Sound Level Events work as a team with the chain hoist. The chain hoist gives them the flexibility and security to rise the truss as they install the LED panels section by section. As you may be able to tell with the sweat in their clothes, it was a typical hot Miami weather followed by a quick break of rain and then sunshine. When ordering a LED wall, we highly recommend to provide mats for load in if it is a grass surface. Grass surfaces make it difficult on labor when rolling in heavy cases of equipment. Our team provided solutions in making this fundraising organization go as requested.

When the event began, guests arrived enjoying subtle latin music that was projected via the two Martin audio speakers we had left and right of the screen. As the evening arose and it was time for presentation, our engineer had their video presentation ready to roll. The video played for approximately ten minutes followed by speeches and motives. It was truly a successful beautiful event to have been a part of. The event concluded about two hours after and our team striked the equipment in a efficient and timely matter, our niche is to being delicate, tidy and responsive when picking up equipment which makes our customers feel relieved. It’ll feel like our equipment came out of a funbox, one minute it was set up and the next it’s all cleaned up. Our goal is to provide the most efficient service as possible.
