Vicky Bakery's 50th Celebration, a corporate milestone!

Who doesn’t love croquettes with a side of Cafecito?
Our friends at BNMR partnered up with us and hired us to provide top to bottom event production services. Vicky Bakery celebrated their 50th anniversary at the Pent House Wharf in Miami. We transformed this venue into a tropical Cuban vibe.

If you’re wondering what equipment we brought to make this happen, we’re about to explain. Pictured you will see low boy cocktail tables, high boy cocktail tables all with cross back wood chairs and black pads. Black linens were dressed on the tables. There is high cross back wood stools for the tall cocktail tables. It isn’t a party without the domino tables! Sound Level set up four domino tables with doble nueve sets for Vicky to add their logo. What a beautiful concept this was.

In the cocktail area, we set up three lighting poles for wash lighting effects and wireless uplights. Inside the venue we set up over 30 wireless uplights set to red to match the logo theme.

For entertainment, pictured is a DJ Fusion Band. Sound Level’s own, DJ Eddie Alexander was in sync with our percussionist, sax and violinist. This fusion brought all of the salsa lovers to their feet, dancing from the start to the end.

The visuals and the lighting is what really drew in the guests. Sound Level set up a 16’ x 16’ stage with an LED video wall backdrop and LED video façade. The corporate logo and product reveal was displayed in these sections where over 100 guests were able to see no matter where they were standing. When it was time to party, our video engineers created a visual party effects behind the logo, making guests feel like they were at a Miami night club!

Our on site lighting engineer tailored a light show with (4) moving heads and wash lightings, creating an eye pleasing experience. The lighting schemes were tuned in with the visuals.

If you’re wondering how much audio we had this in this venue, well…let’s just say we had the stage rocking! On site, we had two Martin XP118’s sub woofers with four Martin XP112 tops, and two Martin XP112’s stage wedges for our musicians. You can feel the rhythm in your soul.

To add to the culture experience, we set up a cigar roller station with vintage branded labels for the cigars.
We can’t forget about the wonderful dancers and greeters our friends at Arc brought to the show. Sound Level had a full staff on premise making sure there was no room for error.

It takes a team to design an enjoyable corporate event where it meets all of the guests expectations. Our team is skilled to provide top notch service and knowledge to make sure we take off all of the planning stress from your shoulders.

This event production was definitely one of our top favorites, a little taste of the Cuban culture with Miami sunsets, great music and food with high energy entertainment.
